In line with the practice-orientated concept of the WAM, the lecturers all come from a practical background. They are experts in their respective fields and provide direct insights into their everyday work. They bring real-life examples, tasks and cases from practice to the WAM so that they can apply the theoretical knowledge they have learnt in practice. They are not only mediators of job-specific knowledge, but also the interface to practice for students. Be it as a stepping stone to their first jobs, as a coach for good self-presentation, as a companion in the application phase or as a networker for initial professional contacts in the desired industry. During the programme, the lecturers are on hand with help and advice. This is because the small course groups focus on ongoing dialogue. Personal counselling or a feedback session can therefore be arranged quickly.
In order to ensure a high quality of knowledge transfer, students regularly evaluate the lessons, the general organisation and the lecturers. This process can be used to identify potential weaknesses and implement short-term optimisations. In this way, the academic standards can be continuously reviewed.
